Luke Warford is a former energy consultant and chief strategy officer for the Texas Democratic Party. He previously worked as a consultant for companies in the oil and gas and renewable energy industries, including hydropower. He also was an organizer in the 2012 Barack Obama presidential campaign. He has a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
